Guarantee. Will Williams may offer a time-limited, money-back guarantee on some Pay Per Click Services. If there is a guarantee applicable to the AdWords Management service that you have purchased or otherwise entered into, that guarantee will be set out on the applicable welcome email at the time you purchased or entered into the service agreement. If during the time-limited (normally first 30 days) period of your Guarantee period you are not satisfied with the AdWords Management service or material you purchased, Will Williams will refund the purchase price to you.

This is your sole and exclusive remedy against Will Williams and Will Williams’ sole and exclusive liability and obligation to you in connection with your purchase of any Will Williams service, material or anything arising out of or relating to that purchase or this Agreement.
